Issuing transcripts, diplomas, enrollment verifications, SOCs, and migration certificates. Handled daily email traffic, course changes, and student/faculty inquiries. Maintained and updated student profiles using the 'myIAU' Student Information Management System (SIMS), ensuring data accuracy, and resolving discrepancies. Conducted recordkeeping tasks, including importing student data, and assisted in evaluating graduation petitions, awarding credentials, facilitating the transfer process for students.Generated enrollment documents and organized in compliance with university policies, FERPA guidelines, and accreditation standards

● Associate Business Analyst, Business Software Solutions LTD, Dhaka, Bangladesh- August 2021 to August 2022.
In my role as an Associate Business Analyst at Business Software Solutions Ltd., I work with the clients to understand their business workflows and translate those needs into clear requirements for Tally-based solutions. I support implementations by helping with system configuration, validating the data and process flow and helping prepare the users for go-live with simple and practical documentation. I take care of day-by-day support by logging issues and setting priorities on urgent cases and follow through with the technical team until problems are resolved and clients are updated. I also help with requests for customization, by clarifying what one might expect to see, and to help with testing and to ensure that changes are consistent with what is really needed in operation. Throughout each project, I pay attention to clear communication, stakeholder coordination, and reliable reporting to ensure clients can run their operations smoothly and make informed decisions.
